Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic Director for the new theater company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor as well as a board member for SSC from 2011. When she was the Artistic Director of SSC she also served as SSC's costume designer, producer music director, composer and coach for text. Although she usually led from within the group of actors, in her final year she made her debut as director (and Lighting Designer) in SSC's King Lear.
